Work experience post: Daniel
I first came in contact with Inside Job Productions when my mum met Tallulah and Ann at a Janssen conference. My mum spoke with them after the conference and they invited me to come down for some work experience. I was really happy to hear this as it was exactly what I had been looking for.
At first I was worried that they would expect more of me and assumed I had more knowledge of cameras, editing software, etc. However I couldn’t have been more wrong. They were extremely welcoming and kind. Everything was well explained and they allowed me as much time as I needed to get to grips with what I was learning.
I was there for 2 weeks, but I learned so much more than I had expected to. While there I was shown how to operate a camera, went out on a shoot for a large client, how to edit and even completed editing a film using footage we shot.
It’s very hard for me to pick a favourite part of the experience as I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my time there. It was a fantastic experience working with the team.
