Merry Christmas from Inside Job Productions by Natalie
It’s that time of the year again; I’m sure I can’t count on one hand the amount of times I’ve heard, “Can you believe it’s December already?” in the past few weeks. The festive season is here, and so from all of us at Inside Job Productions: have a good one!
Our production trainee, Kayla, designed the above card for us. I think the elf costumes are a good look for IJP, no?
With the New Year approaching, people everywhere will be making resolutions and looking to the future. Today, I thought we’d take a moment to reflect on all the achievements and successes IJP has seen this year!
As always, we’ve been busy making films for some of our returning clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Social Enterprise UK and the Albert Kennedy Trust, but we’ve also dipped into new waters and spent the week by the sea in Margate, creating a documentary for the Dreamland trust.
Teams have shot films in Brussels, Copenhagen, and all over the UK (including the 12th floor of the Lloyd’s Building and City Hall!)
Ann, IJP’s managing director celebrated nine years with the company – it’s an amazing achievement, and Ann’s hard work and dedication has lead IJP to having such an amazing year.
In March, Tallulah, last year’s production trainee, became a permanent member of staff! This year she celebrated her first anniversary with IJP and in that year she’s grown massively, and has recently managed, shot and edited films for Beat, Lloyd’s of London, and the Woman to Woman Project!
2018 has seen a few new bodies join the team, too. In August, we welcomed Natalie, the new production co-ordinator to the office! In her first four months, she’s started to master the art of production paperwork, organising shoots and has assisted on Tallulah’s film for Lloyd’s of London!
And in September, Kayla joined the team. She’s taken on tasks such as subtitling films, editing films, writing transcriptions and her own monthly blog posts. Outside of the office, she’s assisted on a shoot for Beat and photographed the St Paul’s Cathedral School’s nativity play.
So, with this year’s successes all wrapped up, let’s look forward to next year and all the new films, new collaborations, and new achievements to come. From the Inside Job Productions team: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
