IJP is attending Business in the Community's Reducing Re-offending event for Responsible Business Week where our clients Alliance Boots will talk about their innovative work in this area. We have just delivered our second film for use in Alliance Boots' Reducing Re-offending Through Employment programme, setting out to answer some of the questions managers and HR practitioners need to answer before thinking about employing ex/offenders. We filmed with three of the companies in Alliance Boots' supply chain - Aramark, Carillion and Veolia - who are working in a taskforce with Alliance Boots to address the issue, and already have significant experience in this area.
